Vestry
The vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church supports the programs of the church and encourages members of the congregation to support the programs of the church. The vestry welcomes new members to the church.
Your vestry members are elected by the congregation to serve 3 year terms. There are 9 adult members and one youth representative. Together with the rector and officers of the church, the vestry works together in mutual ministry to oversee the many needs of the church, Each year, 3 members rotate off the vestry and 3 new members are elected on. The youth member serves 2 years and must be 16 years old to serve. The Vestry meets monthly and also annually for a retreat for planning purposes.
A Senior Warden and Junior Warden are elected by the existing vestry members to lead the vestry. These officers work closely with the rector in the overall leadership of the parish.
